Coaching Activity from 10:00 – 12:00 ( perhaps a little longer).
We will again be concentrating on Direction from the PPD(D). Plan, Picture, Direction, Distance Core Skills.
A selection of courses suitable for beginners through to competent orienteers.
With the option of running on a No Tracks/paths map to test your compass work!
The area being used is mainly very runnable making running on a bearing fairly straight forward.
Please Bring adequate clothing for the conditions, ( something warm & waterproof) along with your own drinks and snacks.
