Training Activity in Bramshaw Woods on Saturday 29th November
There will be a training event for SOC members on Saturday 29th November-a chance to practise a range of orienteering skills and for more experienced orienteers no doubt an opportunity to get to grips with some complex contours. Beginners or near beginners will be accompanied by a coach in this slightly tricky area. This activity is open to all SOC members, whether beginners or advanced orienteers.
Location: Please park in the Shephards Gutter car park, w3w: motorist.hospitals.rumbles, near the Bramble Hill Hotel, Bramshaw.
Time: Please arrive in time for a 10.30 start. We will aim to have all controls collected in by 12.30. If you would like to help with control collection, please let us know.
Equipment: Please bring all your usual orienteering equipment, full leg and arm cover, possibly a change of shoes etc. and some water and a snack. We will provide training courses and maps.
