Parking is at Milkham Forestry Commision Car Park. Courses will use the southern part of the Slufters inclosure with longer courses crossing the road into the Northern section.

Ticks are present in the woods at the moment so full leg covering should be worn.

The orange, green and blue courses will use the southern and northern parts of the wood, crossing the road twice. A road marshall will be present.

Help and advice will be available for beginners.
