Monthly Head-Torch Run

Profile picture for user Dave Currie
By Dave Currie , 4 November, 2019

The clocks having gone back, Tuesday night running in the Forest has come to an end for 2019... only it hasn't. A more recent tradition has been to continue to meet at Fritham on the first Tuesday of the month through the winter months for a torchlit run. Other than the darkness, it's the same deal: an hour's run with a mixture of paths and terrain running followed by a trip to the pub. Whether you're in training for night events or just looking to keep some of that summer fitness without resorting to the roads, join us at the Royal Oak, Fritham on 5th November at 6:30pm.
