Our latest MapRun is now available, this time around Highfield, Southampton. It follows the usual format: a 45-minute score to collect as many controls as possible with a time penalty for late return. The controls are worth different amounts so careful planning is needed to maximise your score. Also, beware of the hills!

The course will be available for the next six months, but we'll meet at The Crown Inn at 7:30 pm next Thursday (11th January) if you want to run beforehand and then compare routes with others.
