Event center management. Direction signs. Site traders, enquiries, first aid and download. Deputise for Organiser. Take over as organiser if required. |

Publicity Secretary |
Publicise event locally and globally. Produce flyers. Publish results. Routegadget. |

Equipment Secretary |
Coordinate equipment requirements. Arrange delivery of equipment to site. |
|
Enquiries team leader |
Entry on the day. Emit issue. Emit demonstration. Focus for on the day enquiries. |

Download team leader |
Liase with EMIT UK. Manage download process. |
|
Road Crossing Team Leader |
Organise volunteers for A35 road crossing. |
